Food has always been the center of my life.
My name is Julian Sisofo and I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA.
As I grew older within an Italian American family, I became obsessed with Italian culture and cuisine.
I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Culinary Arts from the Hyde Park campus at The Culinary Institute of America.
Immediately after, I obtained dual citizenship with Italy, which began my career cooking in the place I find most interesting.
Currently, you can find me someplace in the world cooking as a chef. At the same time, I am piecing a cookbook that will be a culmination of all things delicious. Stay tuned and follow me on my journey.
