I suggest choosing one or two Italian meats. My favorites are soppressata and prosciutto. Today, I went with Prosciutto di Parma. Also, I grabbed one of their daily house-made Mozzarella balls. If you want to make your own sandwiches, don't forget to grab some bread on your way out.

Here are some cold pasta salads and mixed items that Rossi's offers. The juicy, plump olives always tempt me. Olives are very delicious and such a light food to snack on.

If you aren't using bread, we are going to make prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella.

Enjoy this milky morsel for it is perfectly soft and seasoned.

Wash this down with some fine Italian drink. Ferrarelle happens to be one of the most popular sparkling water throughout Italy!

Cleanse your palette between bites with some mixed olives. My favorite happens to be these big, fruity, and meaty red ones. Watch out for the pits.
