Here’s my easy recipe for the best crackers…
150g whole wheat flour
100g hot water
15g olive oil
3g salt
Gather your ingredients and toppings.
Mix your dough with the back of a spoon.
Flour the dough generously and let it rest in a bowl for 15 minutes.
Roll out your dough until thin. Remember to dust with flour.
Cut the dough into cracker shapes. Gently oil a baking tray.
Before seasoning your crackers, dampen the top part with water.
Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes.
