Easy Loaf Bread
Recipe:
560g milk
8g active dried yeast
70g sugar
3 eggs
450g whole wheat flour
700g bread flour
54g olive oil
30g salt
Method:
First whisk the yeast with the milk and sugar.
Add three eggs to your mixing bowl along with the milk mixture. Add the flour and salt on top. Mix until it becomes a shaggy mass.
Add the olive oil into the dough. Mix until smooth. Allow the dough to double in size (about two hours).
Divide the dough into three and roll into tight cylinder shapes. Add to your bread tins and rise again until doubled (about two hours).
Bake in an oven preheated to 450 degrees F. It should take anywhere from 30-40 minutes.
Allow the loaves to cool before slicing. Enjoy.
